Alicia Pendry joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in December of 2018. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and has more than 12 years of industry experience. She has practiced high-level hospitality skills in guest services, event management, and group sales under IHG, Hilton Hotels, and world-famous independent historic properties. Her sales career consistently earned recognition, receiving Pinnacle Club awards for her achievement as a top producer. She has learned to not only manage expectations, but to exceed them through attentiveness to client needs, consistent communication, and a genuine interest in an enjoyable attendee experience.
When she is not working, Alicia loves spending time with her family, recording children’s book voiceovers, and finding fun activities to do with her shepherd-mix dog, Jazzy Belle, in tow. Alicia enjoys connecting her clients’ event visions to the ideal venues, successfully actualizing their meeting goals into reality. She believes that joyful service is not a side trip, but a way of life.
