Ashley Serbantez joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Tecumseh, Michigan, the combination of her education, sales experience, and passion for hospitality provides her clients with exceptional customer service for hotel sourcing and contract negotiations. She takes pride in being highly organized and an excellent listener with a great attention to detail to ensure her clients have the most desirable outcomes.
Ashley earned a BS from Grand Valley State University in hospitality and tourism management with an emphasis in lodging. She is also certified in hotel industry analytics and a proud Certified Tourism Ambassador for the Washtenaw County area. With more than eight years of hotel experience, she has worked on both the hotel operations side, as well as in sales as a hotel sales manager where she gained experience with group travel contracts and negotiations. She has worked for Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, and Choice Hotels, providing her with a wealth of brand knowledge to ensure the absolute best fit for each of her clients.
