Bernie takes pride in providing Clients with an effective and efficient site selection solution, ensuring they enjoy the best in price, product and service that suit their needs. Bernie believes that a good planner understands the Clients’ needs, plans ahead on the details, anticipates variation, adapts to last minute changes and resolves problems for the Client. Based in Hong Kong and neighboring China, Bernie recognizes that there is tremendous potential in the Asian market.
After graduating with an MBA from the University of Illinois, Bernie started her career in the hospitality industry with Hilton Chicago. She then returned to Asia and spent over 20 years in the exhibition and convention industry. Bernie led the marketing of convention and exhibition centers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok and was appointed General Manager of the exhibition center in Shanghai. Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Bernie headed up customer service at the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
