Barbara Mulligan

Barbara joined HelmsBriscoe as Regional Vice President in 1997. Based out of Oregon, Barbara enjoys mentoring HelmsBriscoe Associates, and working with numerous corporations and associations globally on their conferences and incentive programs. Barbara is committed to being thorough and responsive to her clients' needs, and to representing them with a high level of professionalism and integrity. As a top producer for the company, Barbara has won the President's Club award each year since 1999. She is a member, and has served on the boards, of the Oregon Society of Association Managers, and Meeting Professionals International's Oregon Chapter. She has won numerous awards from MPI, including Planner of the Year and Mentor of the Year, and is a past Oregon State Chair of the Oregon/Washington Annual Cascadia Education Conference.

Barbara began her hotel career in 1978, and for 19 years she worked in various global and hotel sales director positions in Memphis, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago and Portland with Hyatt Hotels, Sheraton, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and the Heathman Hotel. With her experience and knowledge of the industry, she brings a high level of comfort and confidence to her clients. Barbara attended the University of Mississippi, and loves watching college sports and playing golf. She lives with her husband in the foothills of Mt. Hood where she enjoys life, family, and HelmsBriscoe.
