Claudia Coronado joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2020. Based in Miami, Florida, she enjoys new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with her clients. Claudia is bilingual and has received her CIS and CASE certifications. She is a customer-focused team player with a goal of exceeding client expectations while collaborating with other HB Associates. Claudia is passionate about working with people, understanding their needs, challenging them to think outside the box, and moving them out of their comfort zone to accomplish objectives.
Claudia has more than 20 years of cross-cultural industry experience. She has worked for Melia Hotels International as Regional Director of Group Sales in the Dominican Republic and Mexican Caribbean, and as Corporate Director of Group Sales for Latin America in Miami. She was also the B2B Sales Development Director for the Americas Region, and her last position was as Commercial Director for the US and Canada for Decameron Hotels. Claudia looks forward to using her industry and market knowledge to provide workable, value-added solutions for her clients.
