Dwann Griffin joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in January 2017. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, Dwann has experience working in the hotel industry in Australia, Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Using her knowledge and experience in the industry, her negotiation skills ensure her clients obtain the best value for every event. Dwann is driven by her passion for connecting people, hotels and the meetings and events that bring everyone together.
With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Dwann has worked with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Accor and IHG. She started her career working on the hotel switchboard and worked her way into Sales and Marketing as a Business Development Manager. During her professional journey, she learned the value of listening to guests and clients to ensure their needs were met and goals were achieved.
