Diane joined HelmsBriscoe in 2005 and has been a member of HB's President's Club since 2011. Prior to HB, she served in the areas of destination marketing, facility management, sales, and independent meeting planning. Supporting a number of passionate organizations, Diane values the trust and partnership she has built with her customers. She understands that each organization has its own dynamics, strengths, and challenges that make them unique, and she helps them to secure overall value at the right venues with the safest event contracts possible. Diane stays current on industry trends and ever-changing hotel contract language in order to serve her clients with full knowledge of meetings procurement. She also enjoys promoting environmentally conscious meetings when important to the group.

Looking out for the best interests of the organization is Diane's number one goal, and her customers can be sure she is a partner in the success of their meetings and conferences. Beginning the process with RFP development and venue sourcing, Diane then carries the customer through hotel negotiations and contracting, with the goal of delivering the best value on the right venue for the program. In addition to site selection services, Diane provides guestroom block management. This valuable service benefits clients with risk avoidance and captures historical data for future planning. Diane is a Southern California native and currently resides in Northern California.
