Holly Mortimer

Holly Mortimer joined HelmsBriscoe in September of 2014 as Manager, Global Accounts, and in 2017, she was promoted to Director, Global Accounts. Holly is based out of Kansas City, Missouri. As a seasoned negotiator, Holly works to secure the best deal for her clients and makes sure that what is promised during the site selection and contracting process is delivered. Holly is committed to providing outstanding customer service and follow-up throughout the entire sales and planning process.

Holly has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, beginning in 1997 with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. While at Hyatt, Holly consistently booked more than eight million dollars in total revenue each year for the Kansas City property. Holly successfully made Hyatt Masters every year and won Hotel Sales Manager of the year in 2005 for her property. She was also a candidate for the Hyatt Hotel Sales Manager of the Year in 2005 and 2007. After Hyatt, Holly joined the Starwood Sales Organization in 2012 and received top production accolades each year. When she is not working with her clients, she enjoys traveling or watching sports with her husband, Steve, and three children, Drake, Kelsee and Kale.
