Ingrid Hanou joined HelmsBriscoe in 2001 and is based in Seattle, Washington. With more than 35 years of experience in the hotel sales, meetings, and customer satisfaction research fields, Ingrid is uniquely qualified to deliver solutions and superior service to her clients. She is well-respected in the industry and has a proven track record as a prior director of sales and marketing with Marriott and Westin hotel companies.
