Jennifer Berman joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Based out of Laguna Niguel, California, she was the founder and inspiration behind EM Hospitality, providing event management services to individuals and companies. With more than 25 years of hospitality industry experience, her eye for detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs helps her support her clients in the best possible way. She understands how important the right destination and perfect location is to the overall success of every program and event. Gaining her clients' confidence and trust is her number one goal.

Jennifer's extensive background in event management offers supportive guidance in a wide range of hospitality needs. She has launched restaurants and event centers; planned corporate, social, and non-profit events; and consulted for multiple chefs, entrepreneurs, and executives in Southern California. After graduating with a restaurant and resort management degree from Colorado State University, she embarked on a career in hospitality, working for Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton, and other leading hotels of the world. As a side hustle, she watches dogs and follows her spiritual growth in learning about energy.
