Linda Tremmel joined the HelmsBriscoe team in 2024 as Director, Global Accounts, and is based in Reno, Nevada. Her dedication to providing first-class service and unwavering attention to detail makes her an invaluable asset in the world of venue sourcing and contract negotiation. Whether she is working on a strategic board meeting for 10, an incentive meeting for 50, or a citywide convention for 5000, rest assured that Linda will provide the special attention necessary to make each event an unforgettable experience.
With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily with Marriott International, Linda has held positions in food and beverage, events, and the leadership of high-performance sales teams. Linda’s award-winning career with Marriott International included working in and traveling to destinations all over the world. She had the privilege of opening two luxury convention hotels: the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai and the Marriott Marquis Houston. During Linda’s hospitality journey, she has mastered her craft in relationship-building, contract negotiation, and expert knowledge of venues and site selection. Linda’s global lens and understanding derive from her passion for travel and experiences having visited and serviced clients in six of the seven continents. As a member of PCMA and holder of the CASE designation, Linda remains committed to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. She looks forward to leveraging her experiences, combined with the abundance of valuable resources available through HelmsBriscoe, to provide service excellence to her valued clients. On a personal level, Linda just completed a bucket list trip to South Africa and Zambia on safari.
