Mary Kimbrell has been a valued member of HelmsBriscoe since 2001, dedicated to delivering exceptional service in the meeting site selection process. Originally from the east coast, Mary has been a resident of the Phoenix Valley since 2005. With over 25 years of extensive experience in hospitality and event planning, Mary began her career in hotel operations, public relations, and sales before transitioning to professional sports travel. Her firsthand experience as an HB client, where she was impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and cost savings provided by HelmsBriscoe, inspired her to join the team.
Mary earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2021 and Medical Meeting Planner (MMP) credentials in 2024, further enhancing her expertise. Her diverse client portfolio encompasses corporations, healthcare technology firms, biotech companies, entertainment, and various associations. Whether coordinating an intimate meeting for 10 or a large citywide convention, Mary takes great pride in supporting her clients in achieving their event goals and objectives. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is passionate about family and travel.
