Maria joined HelmsBriscoe in 2013 as Manager, Global Accounts and is based in Scottsdale, AZ. Maria prides herself on having a strong skill set of organization, contract negotiations and building customer relations. Armed with a “whatever it takes” attitude, Maria does not hesitate to go beyond her regular call of duty to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
With a highly successful sales background representing Hyatt and Westin hotels, Maria took a hiatus from her career to raise her family and travel the world. When she decided to re-enter the work force, joining HelmsBriscoe was a natural fit as it gave her the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment while staying true to her passion for providing high quality service to others. Maria has a B.S. degree in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University and is an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) and is involved in committees with both organizations.
