Mary Medcraft

Mary Medcraft joined HelmsBriscoe in 2001, and is based out of Hastings, MN. Promoted to Senior Director, Global Accounts in 2010, Mary has helped Clients find the perfect location for their meetings and conventions all over the world. She works with association and corporate Clients, including Fortune 500 companies. Mary provides an outstanding level of customer service to her Clients and believes that integrity and communication is the foundation of a successful partnership.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, her diverse management background includes hotel sales, catering, and CVBs. As a sales manager at the Bloomington Convention and Visitors Bureau, Mary was able to assist planners in finding the right location in Bloomington for their meetings, and she was thrilled to join HelmsBriscoe where she can assist with events all over the world! Mary is very involved in the meetings industry and served as the President of the Meeting Professionals International Minnesota Chapter. She was awarded the Meeting Professional of the Year award from MN Meetings and Events Magazine. She has achieved HelmsBriscoe's Master's Club award, and also received the HelmsBriscoe President's Club award every year since 2004. By utilizing her experience and knowledge, Mary will go above and beyond to meet the needs of her Clients!
