Paul Reynolds

Paul Reynolds joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Glasgow, Scotland, Paul has covered all seven continents, having travelled extensively both as a hotel sales executive and for leisure. His experiences give him a unique perspective on the needs and challenges of the corporate, conference, group, and meeting traveler. He is a strong believer in treating others as you want to be treated.

At the time of joining HelmsBriscoe, Paul had worked in the hospitality industry for 28 years in operations, sales, and marketing. Throughout his corporate career as a Sales Leader for IHG and Marriott, he brought inspired success to his hotels and commercial partners. Paul was the Head of Intermediary Sales for Marriott in the UK for a number of years and understands the importance of supplier relations from the other side of the fence. For the past 15 years, Paul, a restaurant entrepreneur, has owned and built award-winning, multi-million-pound restaurant and bar groups. Paul is a Fellow of both the hospitality industry in the UK and of Entrepreneurs in Scotland. Paul’s professional and fun personality complements his detail-oriented, client-focused approach. His style and strong work ethic have earned him an excellent reputation for delivering the highest level of satisfaction to his clients and the wider team around him. Paul is an alum of both Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland and Babson College near Boston, Massachusetts.
