Rachel Bishop joined HelmsBriscoe as an Assistant in 2018 and transitioned to Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Based out of Laguna Niguel, California, Rachel specializes in finding the perfect hotels for her clients’ domestic and international meetings and events. Rachel truly enjoys meeting new people and discovering how she can support her clients in site selection, negotiations, and best of all, making their events as successful as possible.
Rachel worked in the corporate event planning and DMC world for 10 years before making the decision to stay home with her three daughters while continuing to work in consultant and assistant roles. Having experience in a variety of meeting planning positions allows Rachel to understand what the event planner finds valuable, and how to work with the hotels to effectively manage the sales process to ensure success.
