Samantha McManaway joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Porto, Portugal, she caters to each client’s needs by providing individualized support to find the venue best suited for any gathering or function. She specializes in American accounts, being an American herself, and uses her knowledge of locations around Europe to better provide for her clients. She has a passion for creating impactful and memorable experiences, with her personalized approach to customer service making the process effortless. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Samantha has worked in the hospitality industry as an event staff assistant in Orlando, Florida, where she learned the value of detailed planning and what it means to coordinate with others. She knows the importance of listening to the client’s needs to build trust and tailored solutions. With her bachelor’s in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, she was named on The Dean’s List in the Rosen College of Hospitality Management every semester in recognition of her outstanding academic achievement.
