Tim Reuther joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2019, and is based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. With more than 42 years of industry experience, Tim understands the needs of both clients and hotels. He uses a combination of his own extensive resort background and product knowledge to ensure his clients receive the highest level of service with their meeting and event venue searches.
Tim has worked in some of the most prestigious and well-known resorts in the Southeastern USA. During his tenure at these properties, he was the Director of Event Management, Catering and Conference Services for brands like Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Interstate Hotels, Loews Hotels, Four Seasons, and Starwood. His leadership capabilities were recognized early in his career when he was voted third best convention service manager in the world by the readers of Successful Meetings Magazine. Later, he became one of the founding Board of Directors of ACOM, and then served on the elite Event Council of the Americas for ten years with Marriott.
